Ponto Urbano’s arrival in São João da Madeira brings the Páteo 1896 building. At the intersection of Rua João da Silva Correia and Avenida da Misericórdia, this project combines location with the city’s history and goes beyond time to honour the figure of João da Silva Correia.

Considered one of the city’s “patrons”, he lends his date of birth, 1896, to the name of Ponto Urbano’s first building on this site. In addition to this, there is the reference to the courtyards, the usual places for socialising, which in this project reflect the “private condominium” style, a privilege for its residents.

Inside the 5 floors there are 30 flats with typologies from 1 to 3 bedrooms, large balconies and private parking. Outside, there is a swimming pool and a large walled garden, inviting you to relax, share and unwind.

With more than 400 clients, 2023 was a year in which Ponto Urbano continued to keep pace with the growth of the real estate market. Increasingly consolidated in the market, the company once again provided Aveiro with more and better housing, with several landmark projects.

Puro Golden

In 2024, Ponto Urbano is preparing to start construction on two new buildings, Hidden and Alavóo. Designed for different audiences, but with the company’s characteristic quality, the projects once again cement Ponto Urbano’s desire to add new real estate offerings to Aveiro.

Hidden
Hidden is born in Barrocas. Built in Viela do Canto, this is a project that offers its residents peace and quiet close to the city center.
Because it is not visible from the road, the building has been given the name “Hidden”, a unique feature.

Alavóo
Surrounded by green parks and gardens, schools and restaurants, Alavóo was born in the heart of the Alboi neighborhood. In homage to the history of this place, the building’s name is inspired by the archaic way of saying grandfather, one of the words believed to have given rise to the name Alboi.

2. Choose class A appliances
   The A energy class offers greater energy savings. However, the ideal is to opt for class A++ and A+++, which use up to 70% less energy than class A. These kinds of savings help to reduce your electricity bill over time. To this you can add the habit of turning off the standby mode on plugs.
3. Install solar and/or photovoltaic panels
   Another way to be more sustainable when it comes to using electricity, water and gas is to use solar and photovoltaic panels. In addition to converting energy from the sun into electricity, they also heat water, a combination that helps save electricity and gas.
4. Invest in sustainable furniture
   Sustainable furniture is a sustainable option for your home. This option avoids resorting to massproduced furniture and has more durable and customizable objects.

With a headquarters building and an electric fleet that prioritise sustainability, Ponto Urbano hosted an event on Renewable Energies.

The workshop highlighted the COMSOLVE and EV4ENEy initiatives.

The various presentations shed light on their role in each of the parties, which aim to bring the sharing of energy consumption produced in buildings and the charging of electric cars to cities and their buildings.

COMSOLVE is a consortium of 4 organisations. Digitalmente, the Telecommunications Institute, Magnum Cap and Coopérnico. The aim is to create a Renewable Energy Community in Ílhavo that is able to produce, consume and trade energy. Each of the 4 entities has an activity in the consortium.

The previous consortium is joined by EV4ENEy. Composed by Magnum Cap and the Telecommunications Institute, it offers solutions such as the Building Energy Management System, Bidirectional Stationary Battery System, V2X Charger and a Mobile Application where, for example, it is possible to have information about a charger and the summary of charging sessions.
