In a city that is changing, Ponto Urbano continues to keep pace with Aveiro’s growth. Located in an area under renovation, the Legato Nóbrega project is just a few metres from the Ria of Aveiro.
With two buildings, each with four floors, the contemporary architecture blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Inside, the cosy and modern apartments are divided into several types. From one-bedroom to three-bedroom Implex apartments, these apartments are available in sizes between 54 and 123m².
Inspired by the legacy and sound of Carlos Nóbrega e Sousa, the famous composer from Aveiro of songs such as ‘Sobe, sobe, balão sobe’ (Up, up, balloon up), the Legato Nóbrega project was born from the fusion between music and architecture.
In addition to this legacy, ‘Legato’ is also a musical notation indicated in the score by a curved line, which requires a series of notes to be played in a smooth, interconnected manner. This characteristic also refers to the existence of two buildings in this project.
